Our Vision

The vision of Tabernacle International Church is based on Luke 4:18-19. This is a ministry of helping people get to the next level in their walk with God by helping the poor, healing the hurting, proclaiming freedom, restoring sight to those spiritually blind, releasing the oppressed and to preach the good news of Jesus Christ with signs following.

Recognizing that God is a God of purpose, maintaining an atmosphere where people can freely worship God, embrace His Word, experience His power and walk in His purpose.

We express God’s love by demonstrating unconditional love for all people, giving them room to grow, as we serve and advance God’s Kingdom together.

We Believe

In the Bible as the inspired, infallible, God-breathed Word of God. (II Timothy 3:15-16)

In one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:29)

In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Isaiah 7:14; Romans 8:34; Acts 1:10-11; 24:16)

That the salvation of sinners is wholly through grace. Humanity has no righteousness or goodness of our own. We must therefore come to Christ who bought us and washed us in His own blood. The change that takes place in the heart and life at conversion is a very real one…that the sinner is born again, regenerated by the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 2:3; 2:8; Romans 3:10; 10:13-15; I John 5:10)

In the baptism with the Holy Spirit, subsequent to the new birth, and is available to all who ask. (Acts 1:4; 1:8; 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:1-6)

In divine healing through the atoning work of Christ on the cross. (Isaiah 53:4; Matthew 8:16-17; I Peter 2:24)

The Lord’s Supper and Water Baptism by immersion are practices to be observed by the church and are not a means of salvation. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; I Corinthians 11:26-28; II Corinthians 13:5)

In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit which enables a believer to live a holy life. (Hebrews 12:14; I Peter 1:15-16)

In the Great Commission to preach the Gospel to every creature. (Mark 16:15)

In the practice of worship in spirit and truth with one’s total being, as set forth in the Word of God. (Psalm 150; John 4:23-24; Acts 24:13; Ephesians 5:18-19)

In the resurrection of all men and women to final judgment; eternal blessing, for the righteous and eternal punishment for the unsaved. (Matthew 25:31-46)

In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (I Corinthians 12:12-13)
